Property Sharks Academy ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Property Sharks Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Property Sharks Academy platform at propertysharksacademy.com. For any privacy request contact propertysharksacademy@gmail.com.

• Account details: name, email, password hash, profile photo, username.
• Billing details: processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and receipts; card numbers never touch our servers.
• Programme data: onboarding answers, coaching notes, deal analyses, CRM entries, uploaded documents and messages you send inside the platform.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser info, IP address and approximate location.
• Communications: emails, in-app messages and support requests you send to us.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

• Provide, maintain and improve the platform and your membership.
• Deliver mentorship, coaching, community access and AI-assisted tooling.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• Send service emails (account, billing, security) and — with your consent — marketing.
• Analyse usage to improve features, fix bugs and prioritise the roadmap.
• Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

• Contract — to deliver the membership you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure, improve and market the service in a proportionate way.
• Consent — for optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation — for tax, accounting and lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors who help us run the platform:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage providers used to run the platform.
• Email delivery and customer-support tooling.
• Analytics and product-usage tools used to measure and improve the service.
• AI providers used to power in-app assistants (only the content you send to those features is transmitted).
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

Some subprocessors are located outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations (typically 6 years for financial records) and resolve disputes. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.

No online service can guarantee absolute security; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting you we will notify you and the ICO as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version and date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the platform or by email.
