Terms of Use

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or otherwise using Property Sharks Academy, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of a business you confirm you are authorised to do so.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at propertysharksacademy@gmail.com.
• One account per person. Do not share access or resell your seat.

• No harassment, hate speech, spam or unlawful content.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing security or paywalls.
• No uploading malware, or content you don't have the right to share.
• No use of the AI tools to generate illegal, defamatory or misleading content.
• No recruiting members for competing programmes inside the community.

All course materials, SOPs, scripts, templates, AI prompts, videos and software are the intellectual property of Property Sharks Ltd and licensed to you for personal use inside the platform only. You may not redistribute, resell, screen-record, repurpose or share them.

You retain ownership of content you upload (deal data, notes, messages, media). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate, secure and improve the service for you. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the platform.

The platform integrates third-party services (payments, hosting, AI, analytics, email). Your use of those features is also subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their outages.

• Prices, billing cycles and included features are shown at checkout.
• All payments are non-refundable once access is granted.
• Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of pause, drop-out or removal.

Property Sharks Academy provides education, tools and mentorship — not financial, legal or tax advice. Property, rent-to-serviced-accommodation and Airbnb businesses carry risk. Any income figures, case studies or examples are illustrative and not a guarantee of results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions and decisions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Sharks Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

You agree to indemnify Property Sharks Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service or harm other members. You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Payment obligations survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
